| Curt Rivers [ Owner, Service Tech, Sales ] |
Curt has been employed with Hochstedler Energy Systems since 1994. He works as a Service Tech and a Salesman. Curt is trained by various manufacturers and the Refrigeration Service Engineers Society. He is also trained to handle all types of refrigerants by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.
Curt has been married to his wife Allison for 24 years. They have three children, Mitchel, Matthew and Meredith. |

| Damon Graber [ Service Technician ] |
Damon is a Nate Certified Service Tech which means he has successfully completed a rigorous training and testing regimen to prove his excellance in HVAC service. He is trained in geo-thermal heating systems by WaterFurnace International. Damon is also licensed to handle all types of refrigerants by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. He has been employed with Hochstedler Energy Systems since 1985.
Damon has been a resident of Greentown since 1970. He is a 1982 graduate of Eastern High School. He enjoys raising and breeding dogs and racing motorcycles. Damon and his wife Presta have been married for 14 years. |

| Rae Ervin [ Service Technician ] |
Rae has been a service technician with Hochstedler Energy Systems since 2005. He holds a Technical Certificate in heating and air conditioning systems from Ivy Tech. He is certified by North American Technician Excellence(NATE), a stringent national certification organization. He is trained in geo-thermal heating systems by WaterFurnace International and has also been trained by American Standard. Rae is licensed to handle all types of refrigerants by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.
Rae is married with three children, Brandi, Andy and Corrine, three step-children, Ryan, Jason and Michelle, and two grandchildren, Jocelyn and Kennedy. He and his wife Monica and family live in Logansport. |

| Cory Chilcutt [ Service Technician ] |
Cory is the newest addition to our company. He is in training to become a valuable addition to our service department.
Cory is a 2005 graduate of North Miami High School and holds an associates degree in HVAC from Ivy Tech.
In February 2010, Cory became married to his lovely wife Heather. They reside in Denver, Indiana. He has a 5 year old step-daughter and they are expecting a new arrival in September.
Cory enjoys riding 4-wheelers and duck hunting. |

| Pierce Henseleit [ HVAC Salesman ] |
Pierce has been with Hochstedler Energy Systems since 1994. He is the primary sales representative in our HVAC department. He does residential and light commercial surveys and estimation.
When you are looking to replace equipment, Pierce goes to work measuring and planning. The data he collects is then analyzed by our computer program which tells us what size equipment your home or office requires. From there Pierce can give you several options to take care of your needs.
Pierce has been married to his wife Rhonda for 34 years. He has two grown children and two precious granddaughters. |

| T.J. Byers [ Salesman ] |
T.J. started with Hochstedler Energy Systems in 2009 working in sales. T.J. is capable of helping you with all your insulation, windows, doors and heating and cooling needs.
T. J. comes to us with 11 years of previous heating and cooling experience.
T.J. is very active in marketing and networking groups including, Business Networking International (BNI), Rainmakers, Kokomo/Howard County Chamber of Commerce, and the Howard County Home Builders Association.
T.J. has been married for 29 years to his wife Brenda. Thay have two sons at home, Trent and Ben and one son Clint, who is currently serving in the Army. |

| Cindi Milligan [ VP of Business Development - Office Manager ] |
Cindi has been with Hochstedler Energy Systems since 1995. Cindi handles the marketing and bookkeeping for the company.
Cindi and her husband Scott have been married for 18 years. Thay have one son, Conner, also known as "Bubba". She is a certified water aerobics instructor, and certified weightlifting instructor. She is currently serving on the leadership team for the local chapter of BNI (Business Networking International) and is the President of the women's committee for our local Home Builders Association. She is also very involved in the Kokomo/Howard County Chamber of Commerce.
Cindi is very active in the community, participating in the American Cancer Society's Relay for Life and the American Heart Association's Heart Walk , Go Red For Women Fashion Show and is a volunteer for the Samaritan Caregivers. |

| Ruth Andrews [ Inventory Control ] |
|
Ruth has been with Hochstedler Energy for just about as long as she can remember. The original company was started by Ruth's father so as a result, she was crawling into crawl spaces when she was just that high. Today, Ruth is in charge of inventory control for the company. She orders parts and keeps all the shelves stocked so we can get your unit fixed in no time. Ruth also helps with the engineering side of the business, helping with new system sizing and pricing. |

| Lynn Hunt [ Administrative Assistant ] |
Lynn is likely the first voice you will hear when you call in to Hochstedler Energy Systems. She answers the phones, schedules our service department, and is also in charge of billing and collections. She refers to herself as the "go to gal".
Lynn says her husband Jim is the light of her life. She has 2 sons and three grandchildren. If it's fast, Lynn loves it, from cars, to NASCAR, to motorcycles and speed boats. She also enjoys camper camping, music and her cat. She shares everything with her husband and best friend Jim. |

Bret has been with Hochstedler Energy Systems since 1985. He is highly trained in the installation of climate control equipment for your home or office. He is also licensed to handle various types of refrigerants by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.
Bret is a lifelong resident of Amboy in Miami County. He graduated from Maconaquah High School in 1978. He has been married to his wife Sue for 18 years. In his off time, Bret enjoys camping, fishing and disc golf. |

Shane is an installer for new equipment. He has worked for Hochstedler Energy Systems since 1993. He has been trained by Refrigeration Service Engineer's Society, various manufacturers and at Ivy Tech. He has been certified in ground loop fusion by WaterFurnace International. He is also licensed to handle all types of refrigerants by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. He is also trained in Lead Renovation.
Shane has one daughter, Krissy. He enjoys horses, camping, music and motorcycles in his spare time. |

Shawn has been with the company since 2007. He is trained as an installer of new equipment. Shawn and his wife Lindsey have one daughter, Leah Dawn and expecting a new addition to the family.
Shawn is a talented musician. He has played guitar for 20 years. He also plays piano, drums and bass guitar. |

Kevin has been employed with Hochstedler Energy Systems since1994. He is certified in weatherization thru Indiana Community Action Association (INCAA). He is also trained in Lead Renovation.
Kevin is a 1974 graduate of Maconaquah High School. He has been married to his wife Sheila for 34 years. They have 4 children. Stephanie 21,
Ryan 14, Kory 13, and Brittany 11. In his off time he enjoys Church activities and taking Missionary trips. |
