ROUTINE MAINTENENCE

Any system, no matter what the brand, is bound to work more efficiently for a longer period of time with regular maintenence. For a flat fee, our service technician will come to your house and check to make sure the heart of your home's climate control is working as it should. Any problems discovered at the time of the visit can usually be corrected at that time, saving you another visit and possibly increased cost in the future.

As an example, your heat pump may seem to be heating your home just fine even if it is low on refrigerant charge. The unit, in this case, would not be running at peak efficiency, but making up the heating short-fall with back-up electric heat therefore costing you more. During the routine maintenence, our service tech will discover this condition, and for a small extra charge, get your system back up to peak performance, possibly lowering your overall energy costs. Dirty filters, drain clogs and other low level problems can be taken care of at the time of the routine maintenence, possibly heading off greater problems in the future.
